Why KPS Capital Partners is buying Jennmar (controlling interest)

KPS partner Kyle Mumford called Jennmar a global leader in ground support products and said KPS would bring its manufacturing experience and capital to support growth both organically and through acquisitions.

Deal terms and financing

The deal is made through a newly formed KPS affiliate. Jennmar's existing owners, including chief executive Tony Calandra and FalconPoint Partners, keep meaningful minority stakes.

Regulatory approvals and timing

Completion was subject to customary approvals and expected in the second quarter of 2026; KPS subsequently announced that the acquisition had been completed.

Market context

Founded in 1922, Jennmar employs about 4,000 people and operates 59 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
