Stripe said on 30 September 2026 that it has agreed to acquire Parafin, an embedded financing provider for small businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Market context
Parafin has funded more than US$3bn to small businesses over five years through partner platforms. Its portfolio will sit alongside Stripe Capital, and closing is expected in the coming months subject to regulatory clearances.
