Why Thoma Bravo is buying WWEX Group

Thoma Bravo partner Brian Jaffee said the combined company would be uniquely positioned to define the next generation of AI-enabled logistics, joining Auctane's software and carrier connectivity with WWEX's parcel, less-than-truckload, truckload and brokerage services.

Deal terms and financing

Financial terms were not disclosed. Sellers CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII, Providence Equity Partners, Ridgemont Equity Partners and PSG rolled over part of their equity and keep a significant minority position in the enlarged group.
