Deal terms and financing

Engineering is selling the entire share capital of both companies for cash; prices were not disclosed. The two units represented about 18% of Engineering's 2025 net revenues and a quarter of its adjusted EBITDA, and the proceeds will be used to strengthen its balance sheet.

Regulatory approvals and timing

The transactions were subject to conditions including antitrust and Italian Golden Power clearances, with closing expected in the fourth quarter. Accenture's newsroom records the Alfahealth acquisition as closed on 8 October 2026.
