Why Amgen Inc. is buying Dark Blue Therapeutics

Amgen said the acquisition complements its research in targeted protein degradation and leukaemia. Dark Blue's lead molecule targets and degrades MLLT1 and MLLT3, proteins that drive specific forms of acute myeloid leukaemia, and preclinical data support use both alone and in combination.
