Carolwood LP agreed to acquire Thryv's print directories business, which publishes Yellow Pages and White Pages in the US, Australia and New Zealand, law firm Sheppard said on 14 September.
Market context
Thryv grew out of the 2017 merger of Yellow Pages publishers Dex Media and YP Holdings and has since pivoted to customer-management software for small businesses. Carolwood, whose holdings include Indian Motorcycle, did not disclose the price in the announcement.
