Why Inaba Denkisangyo Co., Ltd. is buying Fujikura Shoji Co., Ltd.

Inaba said the deal broadens its line-up of Fujikura group products and combines Fujikura Shoji's expertise in electronic components and connectors with its own sales network, accelerating expansion of the electronics business in its industrial equipment segment. Regulatory approvals and timing

The share transfer agreement was signed on 31 August, with execution scheduled for 1 March 2027.
