Why Medbase Group is buying Ardentis (majority stake)

Medbase wants to expand its dental business in French-speaking Switzerland, alongside its existing Zahnarztzentrum.ch chain. Chief executive Marcel Napierala said the group regards dentistry as an important part of primary health care. Ardentis will remain operationally independent.
