Why Arity (The Allstate Corporation) is buying INRIX (substantially all assets)

Arity said the deal combines its insights into driving behaviour and risk, drawn from more than three trillion miles of driving data, with INRIX's transportation intelligence and mobility analytics, to give a fuller view of how people, vehicles, goods and roads interact.
