Banco Inter has agreed to buy Wiz Co's 39.75% stake in Inter Seguros for R$409.5m in cash, Inter&Co said on 19 October 2026.

The purchase gives Banco Inter full ownership of the insurance brokerage that distributes policies to its customers.
Deal terms and financing
The price of R$409,487,500 will be adjusted by the CDI interbank rate and paid in cash at closing; there is no earn-out. Wiz's board approved the sale on 16 October.
Regulatory approvals and timing
Completion requires approval from the Central Bank of Brazil and CADE.
Market context
Inter Seguros has more than 9m active contracts. Wiz acquired its stake in 2019 for R$114m.
