CSG said the investment marks its entry into the space sector, which it plans to build gradually through capital allocation, partnerships and selective strategic investments. It will explore cooperation with MDA Space, including co-investing in manufacturing or assembly facilities in Europe, partnering on acquisitions and introducing MDA Space to CSG's customers. Chairman Michal Strnad said CSG wants to be a long-term strategic shareholder.
