Distribution Solutions Group said on 13 October 2026 that it had agreed to acquire GradeEight Holdings, the owner of MRO distributor Winzer and the FastServ Supply retail chain.

The purchase price was not disclosed. The acquisition will be funded with existing cash and availability under DSG's amended credit agreement.

Winzer serves customers across the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada from distribution facilities in Texas and Michigan, supplying fasteners, electrical, chemical, safety and shop supplies. DSG was formed from the combination of Lawson Products, Gexpro Services and TestEquity.
