PCB Technologies said on 8 October 2026 that it had agreed to acquire Gorilla Circuits, a San Jose-based provider of printed circuit board fabrication and assembly services, at an enterprise value of US$120m.

Why PCB Technologies Ltd. is buying Gorilla Circuits

PCB Technologies said the acquisition establishes a US manufacturing presence, allowing it to bid on contracts that require onshore fabrication, and creates cross-selling opportunities for its advanced substrates, microelectronics and IC packaging through its iNPACK subsidiary.

Deal terms and financing

The price reflects 7.6 times average EBITDA for 2025 and the first half of 2026, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The purchase will be made through a wholly owned subsidiary and financed with credit facilities from two Israeli banks.

Regulatory approvals and timing

Completion is subject to customary conditions including clearance by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Closing is expected within eight months.

Market context

Gorilla Circuits has operated for more than 20 years in San Jose and serves over 700 active customers, mainly in semiconductor testing, technology and aerospace and defence. Its adjusted EBITDA rose to US$13.6m in 2025 from US$3.0m in 2024.
