Simon described University Village as an exceptional retail destination. The centre, near the University of Washington, has grown from about 300,000 square feet to nearly 600,000 square feet and is anchored by brands such as Apple, RH Gallery, Crate & Barrel, Room & Board, Sézane, Lululemon, Aritzia and Vuori.
