Deal terms and financing

The offer represented a premium of about one-third to Cint's previous closing price, and the shares rose by roughly 32% on the announcement. Cint's board unanimously recommended acceptance, supported by a fairness opinion from KPMG. The consortium raised the price to SEK 6.00 per share, or about SEK 2,131m for all shares, and extended the acceptance period to 14 July.

Regulatory approvals and timing

The bidders needed more than 90% of the shares to delist the company. TriCarbs said on 16 July 2026 that it controlled 93.0% of Cint, including the shares already owned by Bolero, declared the offer completed and extended the acceptance period to 29 July.

Market context

Cint runs a technology platform for market research sampling and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The consortium originally also included chief executive Patrick Comer and former executive Brett Schnittlich.
